Stocking and Replenishing: Responsible for restocking and replenishing all grocery items throughout the store during the overnight shift, ensuring that the store is fully stocked and ready for the next day. Maintaining Store Appearance: Keep the store clean and organized, including shelves, displays, and back rooms, to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products meet Whole Foods Market's high standards for quality and sustainability, including checking expiration dates, rotating products, and monitoring for damaged or expired items. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering questions about products, and fulfilling special requests. Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks, and assist in other departments as needed. Time Management: Prioritize and manage tasks to ensure all responsibilities are completed within designated time frames. Adherence to Safety and Sanitation Standards: Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a safe and clean working environment for both team members and customers. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product offerings, including new and seasonal items, in order to accurately assist customers and make recommendations. Self-Motivation: Take initiative to identify tasks that need to be completed and complete them without direct supervision. Attention to Detail: Pay close attention to detail when restocking and organizing products to ensure accuracy and prevent product waste. Flexibility: Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including overnight and weekends, to meet the needs of the store and its customers.
