Orthopedic Sports Medicine Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner

CoxHealth is seeking a Physician Assistant to join its Orthopedics department at the Bone and Joint Center in Springfield, Missouri. This role involves the examination and treatment of patients under the supervision of a licensed physician. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with strong clinical expertise and excellent communication skills, capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Requirements

• Graduate of accredited physician assistant program
• No Prior Experience Required
• Self motivated individual who can work with little direct supervision
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams; tolerance for working with multiple numbers of people
• Good clinical expertise, communication skills, human relations skills and organizational skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Missouri PA License
• Successful completion of all department specific credentialing within first 90 days of employment
