Order Processor

Location: Irvine, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $22–$24 per hour

Job Type: Full time, Direct Hire


We are seeking someone detail-oriented to support daily operations within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. This role is ideal for someone with experience in order processing, ERP systems, and cross-functional coordination who is looking to grow their career in supply chain and operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage customer orders from entry through fulfillment
  • Review orders for accuracy, including pricing, quantities, and shipping details
  • Coordinate with internal teams including sales, warehouse, logistics, and finance
  • Track order status and communicate updates regarding shipments or delays
  • Monitor inventory levels and help resolve shortages or discrepancies
  • Support returns, credits, and order changes as needed
  • Maintain accurate records in ERP and CRM systems
  • Assist with reporting and operational documentation


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with order processing, order management, or administrative operations
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset


Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting supply chain, logistics, or order management teams
  • Background working with inventory tracking or shipment coordination
  • Experience in customer service or operations support roles
