Order Fulfillment Specialist (Remote)
<div>We are looking for a seasoned Order Fulfillment Specialist to manage the end-to-end order processing workflow and ensure customers receive their products accurately and on time.</div><div><br></div><div>This role is responsible for processing orders, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams, monitoring inventory levels, and resolving any fulfillment or shipping issues while delivering an excellent customer experience.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></div><ul><li>Process and verify customer orders through the company’s fulfillment system, e-commerce platforms, or ERP.</li><li>Coordinate order picking, packing, and shipping with warehouse and logistics teams.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability and communicate shortages or delays.</li><li>Track shipments, update order statuses, and ensure timely delivery to customers.</li><li>Resolve order discrepancies, delays, damaged shipments, or backorder situations.</li><li>Handle returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds when applicable.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory transactions, and shipping data.</li><li>Generate fulfillment and performance reports as needed.</li><li>Communicate proactively with customers regarding order updates, delays, or inquiries.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Customer Support, and Operations to improve fulfillment efficiency.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and shipping regulations.</li></ul><div><strong><br></strong></div><div><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></div><ul><li>Previous experience in order fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, e-commerce operations, or a related field.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.</li><li>Experience working with e-commerce platforms, warehouse management systems, or ERP tools.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and basic data reporting.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li></ul><div><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: -apple-system, ;">* By applying to this position, we’ll create your Simera Professional Key (SPK) — a unique key that helps you connect with employers, stand out, and secure the right match.</span></div>
