Independently owned Title Insurance Company in Harrison Arkansas is currently seeking a front desk professional. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment while efficiently managing order processing and administrative tasks. You will be asked to perform clerical, administrative, and accounting functions including order entry, payment and deposit processing, and reception duties.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming phone calls, relay messages, and handle inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Enter title insurance, escrow closing orders, and payments into software system.
- Support office operations by assisting with clerical duties such as filing, data collection, and basic math calculations.
- Maintain safe and clean reception area.
- Maintain continuity among work teams.
- Contribute to the team effort.
Qualifications:
- Organization skills with the ability to work in a neat, orderly manner.
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling invoices and calculations accurately.
- Knowledge of office equipment such as phones, scanners, and printers.
- Previous experience in order entry or reception roles is highly desirable.
- Concise verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
