Job Title: Non-Voice Customer Service Representative – Retail Account
Location: 100% Virtual
Job Type: Full-Time / Shifting Schedule
Salary: Up to ₱30,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email.
- Assist customers with order tracking, returns, refunds, and product concerns.
- Provide accurate information on promotions and company policies.
- Document customer interactions properly in the system.
- Ensure timely resolution of issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- At least High School Graduate (SHS preferred). College graduates welcome.
- With or without BPO experience.
- Good written English communication skills.
- Basic computer navigation skills.
- Willing to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Amenable to onsite work
