Middle Office, Operations Officer

Job Purpose Summary:

To provide middle office support within the following areas:

  • participate in and assist with administration work of client entities (including incorporation, activation, maintenance and termination) with integrity and at a high level of professional competence.
  • oversee input of client information into the database systems (Viewpoint) .
  • general day to day support for front office.


Job Scope/Responsibilities:

1. To support and liaise with all internal contacts in matters relating to but not limited to:

  • Assist with lodgements/filings with authorities/regulators (e.g. ACRA) and ensure that the required supporting documentation are obtained.
  • Support monitoring of statutory deadlines and coordinate annual filings, renewals, and other regulatory obligations.
  • Other general administrative support.

2.    To update Viewpoint and related database tools, including but not limited to:

  • Inputting and extracting data/documents accurately
  • Monitoring adherence to data/document management policy and procedures, and the recording and remediation of information in database systems.

3. Assist with other administrative works and ad hoc duties/projects assigned as assigned by management / manager.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Organised, meticulous, willing to learn and able to work under occasional tight deadline
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Prefer Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Diploma or equivalent
  • Fresh graduates and those with no prior experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided
