The Meetings & Events Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all types of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, weddings, and social gatherings. The role ensures seamless event delivery while maintaining high standards of guest service and hotel operations.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage meetings, conferences, weddings, and social events from inquiry to execution.

Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in Meetings & Events, Banqueting, or Sales Coordination within a 5star hotel environment.
  • Valid UAE driving License with car
  • Experience handling corporate events, conferences, and social functions.
  • Familiarity with event management systems and hotel PMS software preferred.

  • Prepare Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and ensure accurate communication with all departments (F&B, Kitchen, Housekeeping, AV, etc.).
  • Ensure seamless event setup, execution, and breakdown according to hotel standards.
  • Monitor event timelines, room setups, catering arrangements, and technical requirements.
  • Handle billing coordination and ensure accurate posting of event charges.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Support sales efforts by assisting with upselling and cross-selling hotel services.
