Medical Billing & Insurance Executive - Central [GC]

Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients by providing information on local and overseas insurance panels, MediShield coverage, claim timelines, and other related enquiries

  • Manage accurate and timely insurance claims processing, including verification, billing, collections, payment posting, accounts receivable, and coordination with clinical and corporate teams

  • Adhere to established procedures and ensure compliance with updated or new MOH regulations and implementation guidelines


Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Business Studies or a related discipline

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry
