Intergrande Building Contracting was established in 2021 with the vision of becoming the premier construction service provider in the United Arab Emirates. Intergrande Real Estate Developments was established with the goal of executing projects that exemplify exceptional precision and meticulous attention to detail. We currently have several ongoing villa development projects in Nad Al Sheba Gardens Phase 1, in addition to villa’s and apartment buildings in Jebel Ali Hills, as well as labor accommodation in Al Warsan 2. We are actively preparing to initiate construction on these projects while simultaneously seeking high-potential opportunities for future development.
About The Job
A Mason Foreman (also known as a Masonry Foreman or Supervisor) is a frontline leadership role responsible for overseeing daily masonry operations and managing teams of masons and laborers on construction sites. They bridge the gap between project management and field execution, ensuring that work—ranging from blockwork and bricklaying to tiling and finishing—is completed safely, on time, and according to design specifications.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
