Marketing Operations & Automation Specialist (Sheets / Calendly / Stripe)
Location: Remote (Pakistan – project-based, as needed)
Job Type: Part-Time (10–20 hours/week) or Contract
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Operations & Automation Specialist to build and maintain reliable tracking and automation systems. Your mission is to ensure accurate attribution, clean data, and seamless lead-to-payment tracking so no revenue opportunities are missed.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the master Google Sheets pipeline (stages, dropdowns, formulas, influencer payout tracking)
- Set up and manage automations using Zapier or Make:
- Google Form → create lead row + assign status
- Calendly booking → update stage + meeting details
- Stripe payment success → mark as paid, log amount/date, calculate commissions
- Develop reporting dashboards:
- Weekly funnel metrics
- Paid client tracking
- Influencer performance
- Setter and closer performance
- Monitor automation reliability and resolve errors
- Ensure clean data hygiene and eliminate duplicates
Requirements
- Proven experience with Zapier or Make
- Advanced Google Sheets skills (formulas, automation logic, reporting)
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Understanding of webhooks and Stripe event triggers is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
