How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Serve as a senior relationship owner for priority UAE accounts.
  • Develop and maintain long-term key account plans, identifying future demand and engagement priorities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customers’ strategic priorities and challenges.
  • Ensure coordinated engagement across Business Areas for shared accounts.
  • Monitor market developments, customer investment plans, and competitive dynamics in the UAE.
  • Translate market signals into insights for Siemens Energy and brief leadership on market trends and emerging opportunities.
  • Identify white spaces and evolving market segments aligned with Siemens Energy’s portfolio, recommending engagement strategies for new markets.
  • Support Business Areas in prioritizing opportunity pipelines and act as an integrator to identify synergies across Business Areas.


Skills

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Economics, or related field (MSc desirable).
  • Extensive experience in market development, key account management, or business development in the energy or industrial sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE energy and infrastructure ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to work across multiple business units and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills; fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Proactive, adaptable strategic thinker with strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills, passionate about energy transition and innovatio
