Undici is looking to add a Maitre'D / lead host to our dynamic and dedicated team.

We are a group of hospitality oriented individuals obsessed with making our restaurants feel like “that place”. A place that is familial — a safe, comforting place for people to come together — to share a meal, take a break from their busy schedules and live in the moment. We are family run and are excited for you to join our team.

As a maitre'd, you would be responsible for warmly greeting guests, handling reservations, managing the flow of service in the dining room, and directing the host team. We have many wonderful regulars and repeat guests each week that will look forward to seeing you.

Candidates with availability on weekdays and weekends, and the capacity to commit to 3-4 shifts weekly, are preferred.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a lead host
• Friendly and warm personality
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent with Resy and mapping out a dining room for service
• Ability to handle special requests from guests
• Organized and punctual

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
