We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Luxury Car Showroom Manager to lead our prestigious showroom in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in luxury automotive sales within the UAE market and a proven track record in managing high-end clientele and showroom operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure exceptional customer experience.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and VIP customers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Ensure proper display, presentation, and maintenance of luxury vehicles.
  • Coordinate with marketing team for promotional campaigns and events.
  • Manage inventory control, vehicle ordering, and stock management.
  • Prepare sales reports and performance analysis for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in luxury automotive sales in the UAE.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
  • Established client network in the UAE luxury automotive sector.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Presentable, professional, and customer-focused personality.
