Customer Accounts Department (Sales-Focused Roles)
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve and support Union/Association members
- Assess eligibility and explain available member benefits
- Assist with applications and onboarding
- Maintain and manage customer accounts
- Analyze data and prepare product and service reports
Management & Leadership Department
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
- Oversee recruitment, training, and team growth
- Ensure excellent customer service and issue resolution
- Identify trends to improve performance and efficiency
- Stay current with industry and operational best practices
