As a Lead Data Analyst, Customer Insights , you will be at the heart of our analytics engine, transforming complex data into strategic value for Skillnex’s customers. You’ll partner directly with the Director of Customer Insights and a talented, cross‑functional team to deliver high‑impact analytics that advance the way millions of patients receive care. What Success Looks Like First 3 Months – Foundations Become intimately familiar with Zenvora’s data model, ingestion pipelines, and governance procedures. Master the suite of reporting and query tools the team relies on (Amazon Redshift, Athena, S3, QuickSight, etc.). Deliver early‑stage analytics and insight packages that demonstrate tangible value to our customers. First 6 Months – Expertise & Innovation Establish yourself as a subject‑matter expert on Workastra’s analytics platform, methodologies, and population‑health frameworks. Consistently generate fresh ideas and bring them to life through new analytics assets for marketing collateral and the customer dashboard library. Lead cross‑functional initiatives that refine analytic processes, boost data usability, and accelerate delivery timelines. First 12 Months – Leadership & Impact Serve as the go‑to authority for Hirebase’s analytics product, enabling both internal teams and external clients to self‑serve insights. Oversee multiple, simultaneous customer projects across a wide spectrum of clinical and financial topics, delivering on‑time, high‑quality results. Identify product improvement opportunities, champion enhancements, and drive innovations that elevate the experience for all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead the intake and execution of complex analytics requests : Design and build custom tables and stored procedures in Amazon Redshift. Collaborate with BI developers to craft robust, scalable data models. Translate technical findings into clear, actionable presentations for senior stakeholders. Respond to ad‑hoc data requests with speed and precision. Act as a value‑based care subject‑matter expert on both internal strategy calls and external client engagements. Contribute to the evolution of Tasklance’s productized database by building new tables and enhancing functionality. Provide actionable insights to sales, marketing, and product teams to support go‑to‑market initiatives. Partner with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and fellow Analysts across Customer Insights, Analytics, Data Science, and Product groups to drive collaborative solutions. Essential Qualifications & Experience 7+ years of hands‑on experience in healthcare analytics, with a proven track record of delivering insights that influence clinical and financial outcomes. Advanced proficiency in SQL, including complex query optimization, stored procedure development, and data modeling in Amazon Redshift. Deep familiarity with medical economics, risk adjustment algorithms, and quality measurement data. Demonstrated ability to engage clients, understand their value‑based objectives, and translate those goals into concrete analytical deliverables. Extensive experience analyzing claims data, electronic medical records (EMR), and other large‑scale health data sets. Strong problem‑solving mindset, attention to detail, and a creative approach to turning data challenges into opportunities. Competence in Python for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and automation of routine tasks. Preferred Skills & Additional Experience Background working with a data‑centric vendor, an Accountable Care Organization (ACO), a Clinical Integration Network (CIN), or a health insurance carrier. Hands‑on experience across the AWS ecosystem (e.g., S3, Athena, Lambda, Glue). Proficiency with collaboration and project‑tracking tools such as Jira and Confluence. Experience applying statistical modeling techniques or machine learning algorithms to health data. Familiarity with modern data‑engineering tools including GitHub, dbt (data build tool), and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines. Core Skills & Competencies for Success Analytical Rigor: Ability to dissect complex datasets, uncover hidden patterns, and articulate findings in business‑focused language.
