We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Advanced Practitioner (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to serve as a Lead Provider in an urgent care clinic. This role blends hands-on patient care with clinical leadership, mentorship, and collaboration in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Highlights<ul><li>Full-Time</li><li>Permanent Position</li><li>3 12hr shifts / 4 weekend shifts per month</li><li>Treats 20-40 patients/day</li></ul> Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide comprehensive urgent care including exams, diagnostics, procedures, and patient education</li><li>Order and interpret labs, x-rays, and EKGs</li><li>Perform suturing, wound care, injections, and infection management</li><li>Maintain accurate EMR documentation and ensure regulatory compliance</li><li>Collaborate with providers and staff to deliver efficient, patient-centered care</li><li>Serve as a clinical leader and mentor, supporting new graduate providers and staff</li><li>May float to other locations, as needed</li></ul> Qualifications<ul><li>Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program</li><li>Current NP or PA certification</li><li>Active, unrestricted DEA license</li><li>BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross)</li><li>Urgent care, emergency, or ambulatory care experience preferred</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills</li><li>Proficiency with EMR systems and standard office software</li></ul> Benefits<ul><li>Collaborative team environment</li><li>No-cost urgent care for employees and eligible family members</li><li>Medical, dental, and vision coverage</li><li>Employer-paid short-term disability</li><li>401(k) with match after one year</li><li>Tuition discounts and employee rewards programs</li></ul>
