L3 Systems Engineer (Microsoft, Azure, Active Directory

<p>This is a <strong>Full-Time Remote </strong>position.</p> <p>A premier Managed Services Provider (MSP) is seeking a highly energetic team player for Remote Senior Engineer position to support clients on a full-time basis. </p> <p>Candidate must be passionate about computers & technology and should be highly proficient in Microsoft Server and Cloud Platforms. MSP Experience a plus and working with different verticals and network types. Must be up to date on the latest technologies and be able troubleshoot and learn quickly.</p> <p><strong><u>Must Be Experienced And Proficient In</u></strong></p> <p><strong>5+ years</strong> supporting Microsoft-centric environments (MSP experience strongly preferred).</p> <p>Deep hands-on experience with: </p> <ul> <li><strong>Microsoft 365 Administration</strong> (tenant-level support)</li> <li><strong>Azure / Entra ID (Azure AD)</strong> identity and access</li> <li><strong>Active Directory (AD DS)</strong>, GPO, DNS fundamentals</li><li>Networking</li><li>Cybersecurity</li> </ul> <p>Strong troubleshooting ability across:</p> <ul> <li>Authentication and sign-in issues</li> <li>Mail flow, client connectivity, profile issues</li> <li>Permissions and access control problems</li> <li>Endpoint and policy-related issues (Windows)</li></ul> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p><li><strong>PowerShell</strong> experience (comfortable reading/modifying scripts; automation mindset).</li><p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p><li>Excellent written and verbal communication—able to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical users.</li><p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p><li>Comfortable owning incidents end-to-end and documenting outcomes.</li><p></p> <p></p> <p><strong><u>Ideal Candidates Should Be Able To</u></strong></p> <ul><li>Provide general desktop, user and hardware support</li><li>Provide proactive system maintenance including backup solutions</li><li>Provide general connectivity and troubleshooting support</li><li>Provide network and server support</li><li>Provide good communication skills and documentation</li></ul>
