<p> Colchester, Essex<br /> Just Recruitment Group<br /> Just Recruitment is working with a well-established business based near Colchester looking for a Research & Development Assistant to join their busy studio. </p> <p>You will play a key role in supporting the studio’s day-to-day operations, helping to manage workload priorities while contributing creatively to projects from concept through to installation.</p> <p>Duties include: </p> <p> Organising and prioritising daily studio workload<br /> Researching concepts and developing creative ideas<br /> Creating mood boards and design presentations<br /> Producing artwork using Adobe Creative Suite<br /> Supporting the team with general studio coordination</p> <p>Skills & Experience Required: </p> <p> A strong interest and background in art/graphics<br /> Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)<br /> Confident using Microsoft Office software<br /> Excellent organisational and time management skills<br /> Able to work independently and use initiative</p> <p>Own transport essential due to location</p>
