Job Description: Full-Time Nurse Practitioner/Registered Nurse (Temporary to Permanent) | NutriDrip

We specialize in customized IV Nutrient Therapy. Guests can also explore our Wellness Shop for clean supplements, self-care essentials, and snacks. NutriDrip currently operates wellness locations in New York City, Las Vegas, and Miami.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced temporary Full-Time Nurse Practitioner/Registered Nurse for our IV vitamin therapy lounge. This position is initially temporary (approx. 14 weeks) to cover a maternity leave for our Nurse Manager, with the potential to transition into a permanent part-time or full-time similar role upon her return.
Role Overview
In this role, you will be the clinical heart of our lounge, providing elevated IV Drip services and maintaining the highest standards of care. You will be responsible for the total client experience—from initial nursing assessment to the administration of customized nutrients. We are looking for a professional who is not only a clinical expert but also passionate about the "clean" lifestyle and luxury wellness.
- Location: In-Person, 5 days per week at Fontainebleau Miami Beach
- Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week (Temporary coverage with permanent potential)
- Reports to: Head of Store Operations
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Excellence & Safety
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor vital signs.
- Demonstrate exceptional IV placement skills and comfortable compounding IV vitamin mixtures.
- Follow strict sterility protocols and established clinical standards during all treatments.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and ensure timely, accurate charting and documentation.
- Provide clinical guidance and support to the RN team on-site
Lounge Operations & Management Support
- Serve as the "Person in Charge" of the lounge during the manager’s absence, ensuring seamless daily operations.
- Oversee inventory management, including cycle counts and ensuring medical supplies/vials are organized and unexpired.
- Manage scheduling and workflow to ensure 5-star service delivery and minimal wait times, covering call outs when needed.
- Partner with the corporate operations and inventory teams to maintain adequate supplies and troubleshoot any on-site issues.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment that upholds NutriDrip brand standards
Client Experience & Brand Standards
- Maintain a professional, comforting bedside manner that aligns with a luxury wellness environment.
- Anticipate and identify client needs to promote the highest level of service.
- Remain knowledgeable on all current offerings, supplements, and promotions to assist with sales and client education.
Qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of Florida (Required).
- Minimum of 2+ years of acute clinical experience (Emergency Room, ICU, or similar high-acuity settings preferred).
- Exceptional IV skills: You must be highly proficient and comfortable with difficult sticks.
- Active BLS Certification.
- Strong Leadership Instincts: Experience managing workflows, retail operations, or clinical teams is a plus.
- Communication: Ability to communicate medical concepts clearly to clients and lead a team with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to ~30 pounds.
- Preferred: Experience in a multi-service wellness environment, med spa, or specialty retail
