Influencer Manager
The Influencer Manager is responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales. This role manages influencer partnerships from identification and outreach to negotiation, content coordination, performance tracking, and long-term relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand goals
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers (macro, micro, nano)
- Negotiate contracts, deliverables, rates, and timelines
- Manage influencer campaigns from briefing to final reporting
- Coordinate content calendars and ensure brand guidelines are followed
- Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key influencers
- Monitor industry trends and competitor influencer activities
- Manage influencer gifting and product seeding campaigns
- Coordinate influencer participation in events and launches
- Handle influencer payments, contracts, and documentation
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and sales teams
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat
- Experience with influencer analytics tools
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Knowledge of UAE/GCC influencer landscape is a plus
