Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand client needs and objectives. Develop and implement customized solutions for clients using our sales and marketing automation technology. Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support for clients to ensure successful adoption and utilization of our solutions. Proactively identify and resolve any technical issues or concerns raised by clients. Serve as a subject matter expert on our sales and marketing automation technology, staying up-to-date on new features and enhancements. Assist with the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition to our platform. Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations to potential clients to showcase our technology and its capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development and customer success, to continuously improve our solutions and provide a seamless experience for clients. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing automation to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client interactions, progress, and resolutions. Contribute to the growth and success of the Sales & Marketing Automation team through sharing knowledge, ideas, and best practices.
