<p>Experience Level: Lead</p><p>Key Technical Skills:</p><p>Base OMS (Order Management System)</p><p>Call Center Operations</p><p>SIM (Store Inventory Manager)</p><p>Store Operations</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>Manage and optimize the Order Management System (OMS) to ensure efficient order processing and fulfillment.</p><p>Collaborate with call center teams to streamline customer service operations.</p><p>Utilize SIM (Store Inventory Manager) to maintain accurate inventory levels and improve store operations.</p><p>Provide support and training to store staff on OMS and inventory management tools.</p><p>Must have cloud experience</p><p>Additional Requirements:</p><p>Experience in retail or e-commerce environments is a plus.</p>
