Full Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and people-focused Human Resources Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations for our growing organization. This role plays a key part in recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, payroll, and benefits administration while helping foster a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities:

-Coordinate full-cycle recruiting activities, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with potential candidates.

-Manage onboarding and off boarding processes, ensuring accurate documentation and system updates.

-Maintain employee records in compliance with company standards.

-Support benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries.

-Assist with employee relations matters, performance management processes, and policy implementation.

-Perform payroll processing and resolve discrepancies.

-Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

-Prepare HR reports, audits, and documentation as needed.

-Assist with company-wide initiatives, employee engagement programs, and HR projects.

Qualifications

· Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred

· 2+ years of HR, recruiting and administrative experience

· Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office

· Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail

· Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
