Housekeeping Attendant
Job Summary:
The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order of the vacation homes to ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests. Duties include cleaning rooms, changing linens, sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens, and preparing units before guest arrival and after check-out.
Accommodation or transportation allowance may be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and tidy guest units on a daily basis or after each stay.
- Change bed linens, towels, and restock guest, amenities.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Ensure that each property is guest-ready prior to check-in.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.
- Handle cleaning materials and equipment properly and safely.
- Follow hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times.
- Assist in organizing and storing cleaning supplies when needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning (preferably in hotels or vacation homes).
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties and stand for long periods.
- Punctual, reliable, and attentive to detail.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning methods and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow supervision.
Working Conditions:
Full-time position based in Kalba / Sharjah.
May include weekend or holiday shifts as required.
