Open Positions & Requirements: Project Manager – Landscape • Civil Engineering graduate with extensive experience in landscape construction • 10-15 years of proven industry experience • Strong exposure to large-scale, high-profile projects in the Middle East • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory Senior Cost Estimator – Landscape • BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering • 5–8 years of relevant experience in cost estimation • Hands-on expertise in CAD, BIM, Revit, and Candy software • Prior involvement in projects valued at AED 100 million or above Camp Superintendent • Graduate or Diploma holder • 5–8 years of experience managing labor accommodations • Solid understanding of HSE standards and UAE local authority regulations Sales Executive – Pest Control (Dubai) • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably B2B • Valid UAE driving license is required • Sharjah or Dubai Municipality license is a strong advantage Pest Control Engineer (Sharjah) • 2–3 years of practical experience in pest control treatments • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory • Sharjah Municipality license is preferred Tanseeq Investment Group offers a professional working environment, long-term career growth, and the chance to contribute to some of the region’s most recognized developments.
