Hiring Airbnb Assistant (Remote or On-site)

We are seeking responsible and detail-oriented Airbnb Assistants to support our property management team. You will help manage listings, communicate with guests, coordinate cleaning and check-ins, and ensure every guest enjoys a smooth and positive experience. This position is perfect for individuals who are organized, proactive, and enjoy providing great customer service. Key Responsibilities Manage Airbnb listings: update descriptions, prices, and calendars. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and messages. Coordinate with cleaning teams, maintenance staff, and property owners. Check guest details and confirm bookings. Monitor guest check-ins and check-outs to ensure smooth stays. Handle basic issue resolution and escalate major concerns to management. Maintain accurate records of reservations and reports. Requirements Basic written and spoken English (French is a plus). Excellent communication and time-management skills. Ability to multitask and work independently. Access to a stable internet connection and a smartphone or computer. Previous experience in hospitality, Airbnb hosting, or customer support is an advantage — but not required.
