Southern Utah RV Resort is seeking enthusiastic Support Staff to join our team in St. George, Utah. This position is perfect for individuals looking to contribute to a vibrant and welcoming environment, ensuring guests have a memorable stay. Ideal candidates will have a passion for excellent guest service and a keen eye for detail.
Guest Experience Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with front office duties, including guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly.
- Support the design and implementation of engaging guest experiences and activities.
- Handle guest complaints and ensure adherence to resort policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Assist in marketing and networking efforts to promote the resort and drive occupancy.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
