General Virtual Assistant (Outbound Calls + Admin Support)

We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented General Virtual Assistant to support our customer outreach and administrative tasks on an ongoing basis.

This role involves making outbound calls to confirm customer information and ensure they are receiving our email communications. If you are confident on the phone, organized, and confident working in Excel — we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Call customers to:

- Confirm and update business information

- Verify email addresses

- Ensure they are receiving weekly/monthly specials and catalog emails

- Accurately update records in Excel

- Maintain organized tracking sheets

- Assist with additional admin tasks as needed

Work Schedule

- 4 hours per day

- 2–3 days per week

Requirements

- Strong English communication skills (clear, confident phone presence)

- Comfortable making outbound calls

- Detail-oriented and organized

- Proficient in Excel (updating, sorting, filtering data)

- Reliable internet connection

- Quiet work environment
