Full Time Receptionist

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Full Time Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Duties

  • Greet clients warmly upon arrival and manage the front desk with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, providing accurate information and scheduling appointments.
  • Maintain appointment calendars using Google Workspace and other scheduling tools, ensuring optimal time management.
  • Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to support administrative operations.
  • Manage office supplies inventory.
  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns with courteous phone etiquette.
  • Support office management tasks such as organizing files, managing correspondence, and coordinating client follow-ups.
  • Maintain safe and clean reception area.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Receive payment and issue receipts.
  • Takes customer complaints or issues and pass them on to the appropriate parties.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
