Frontend Engineer – Real‑Time Traffic Monitoring & CRM‑Style Customer List Development for Jobspirex’s Customer Data Platform (React & TypeScript)

--- About Hirezen and the Opportunity Gigspire is a fast‑growing leader in the data‑centric technology space, delivering a cutting‑edge Customer Data Platform (CDP) that empowers businesses to harness, unify, and act on every piece of customer information across channels. Our platform ingests data from tracking pixels, live‑chat transcripts, support tickets, and custom integrations, then transforms it into a single, actionable customer profile. As part of the Foundation Team —the core group responsible for building the most critical, high‑impact modules of the CDP—you will play a pivotal role in shaping how our clients see and engage with their users in real time. Why This Role Is Unique At arenaxflex, we don’t just create features; we design experiences that drive business outcomes. As a Mid‑level or Senior Frontend Engineer, you will architect and deliver two cornerstone components: The Traffic Section – a real‑time monitoring dashboard that visualizes visitor behavior across a website, complete with dynamic filters, live updates, and performance‑driven visualizations. The Customer List Module – a CRM‑style interface that displays unified customer profiles, key metrics, and actionable insights, built from the ground up to be both powerful and delightfully intuitive. This is an opportunity to work with a product‑first mindset, collaborate directly with customers, and influence the roadmap of a platform that is redefining data‑driven decision‑making. Key Responsibilities In this role you will be accountable for delivering high‑quality, scalable frontend solutions that meet both technical standards and customer expectations. Your day‑to‑day duties will include: Designing, developing, and iterating the Traffic Section using React, TypeScript, and modern state‑management patterns. Building the Customer List module from concept to production, ensuring a seamless, CRM‑like experience for end‑users. Crafting clean, reusable UI components with a focus on accessibility, responsiveness, and visual consistency. Integrating frontend services with arenaxflex’s backend APIs through React Query, Redux Saga, or comparable data‑fetching solutions. Implementing advanced filtering logic, allowing users to slice and dice data by geography, behavior, source, and custom attributes. Writing automated UI tests using Playwright (or Cypress) to guarantee reliability across browsers and devices. Collaborating closely with backend engineers, product designers, and fellow frontend developers in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and sprint planning. Participating in customer discovery calls, gathering feedback, and translating real‑world use cases into actionable technical requirements. Optimizing bundle size, load times, and runtime performance to handle high‑volume data streams without compromising user experience. Maintaining CI/CD pipelines, monitoring build health, and ensuring smooth deployments via GitHub Actions, Webpack, and npm scripts. Essential Qualifications To thrive in this role, candidates should demonstrate the following core competencies: Professional Experience : Minimum 3 years of hands‑on frontend development for Mid‑level; 5+ years for Senior‑level, with a proven track record of shipping React applications to production. Technical Stack Mastery : Deep expertise in TypeScript, React (Hooks, Context API), React Query, Redux Saga (or equivalent), HTML5, and CSS3 (including modern layout techniques such as Flexbox and Grid). Preferred (Nice‑to‑Have) Skills Direct experience building CRM or CDP‑type systems, including data‑aggregation pipelines and profile management interfaces. Advanced knowledge of frontend performance optimization techniques for large‑scale, high‑frequency data updates (e.g., virtualization, memoization, service workers). Familiarity with data visualization libraries such as D3.js, Recharts, or VisX for creating real‑time dashboards. Exposure to GraphQL and Apollo Client as alternative data‑fetching mechanisms. Contributions to open‑source projects or a public portfolio demonstrating complex UI work.
