About the Role

We are a Dubai-based digital marketing agency selling high-ticket service packages to business owners.

We are looking for a Freelance B2B Sales Closer to handle qualified leads and close high-value deals.

This role focuses strictly on B2B service-based sales.

Compensation Structure

• 10% commission on agency-provided leads

• 20% commission on self-generated leads

• High-ticket packages starting from 5,000 AED

• Minimum commission per deal: 500 AED

• No commission cap

The more you close, the more you earn.

Work Structure

• Remote possible

• Office work optional

• First onboarding meeting must be in person in Dubai

• Flexible schedule (results-based role)

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery calls with inbound leads

• Close agency service packages

• Follow up with prospects professionally
