FINRA Licensed Administrative Associate

A company is looking for a Sr. Administrative Associate to perform diverse administrative duties in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process new business applications and forms for accuracy and completion
  • Provide updates and reports to Financial Professionals and Field Manager on business requirements
  • Build relationships with Home Office and third-party administrators to manage underwriting and securities issues
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 3-5 years of experience in insurance/securities or relevant fields required
  • FINRA Series 6 or Series 7 license preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook required
  • Ability to interact effectively with field staff and financial professionals
