Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment? We’re looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead operations, drive performance, and elevate the guest experience in a dynamic American fast-food setting.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring speed, quality, and consistency
• Drive sales growth and meet financial performance targets
• Control food costs, labor costs, and inventory management
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
• Recruit, train, and develop high-performing team members
• Create a positive, energetic workplace culture

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of F&B management experience (American food, fast food, or similar high-volume concept)
• Proven leadership in high-volume operations
• Strong financial acumen (P&L management experience required)
• Deep understanding of food safety and quality control
• Excellent communication and team-building skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure and lead by example
