Key Responsibilities Gathering, collating, and preparing documents, materials, and information for data entry, ensuring all necessary data is accurate and up-to-date. Conducting research to obtain information for incomplete documents and materials, utilizing various sources and resources to verify data accuracy. Creating digital documents from paper or dictation, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Reviewing all documents and information for accuracy and informing the supervisor of any errors or inconsistencies, ensuring data integrity and quality. Capturing data into digital databases and performing regular backups, guaranteeing data security and availability. Updating and maintaining databases, archives, and filing systems, ensuring compliance with established protocols and procedures.
