Job Overview: Data Entry Specialist - Remote We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team, working remotely from anywhere in the United States. As a crucial member of our production process, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of legal documents provided to our process servers teams. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed. This is a full-time remote position, offering the flexibility and autonomy to work from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities: Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Participate in ongoing training and professional development to expand your knowledge of the industry and our processes Investigate discrepancies and issues as they arise, using your analytical skills to resolve problems efficiently Complete additional projects and tasks as assigned, demonstrating your adaptability and willingness to learn Qualifications and Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of technical skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal abilities. While no prior experience is necessary, data entry experience is a definite plus.
