Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health and insurance plans, generous leave policies, and retirement options similar to 401(k) plans.Recruitment Incentive: Newly appointed Agents may qualify for up to a $20,000 recruitment incentive, with half payable upon completion of the Border Patrol Academy.Retention Incentive: Additional incentives of up to $40,000 may also be available over the first four years.Duty Locations: Preference for various key mission critical locations will be available during the application process.Your Responsibilities:As a Border Patrol Agent, you will join a dedicated workforce that protects our borders and enhances national security.
