Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health and insurance plans, generous leave policies, and retirement options similar to 401(k) plans.</p><p><b>Recruitment Incentive:</b> Newly appointed Agents may qualify for up to a $20,000 recruitment incentive, with half payable upon completion of the Border Patrol Academy.</p><p><b>Retention Incentive:</b> Additional incentives of up to $40,000 may also be available over the first four years.</p><p><b>Duty Locations:</b> Preference for various key mission critical locations will be available during the application process.</p><p><b>Your Responsibilities:</b></p><p>As a Border Patrol Agent, you will join a dedicated workforce that protects our borders and enhances national security.
