Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator with experience in signage and interior fit-out projects to prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and support tender submissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Review drawings and project requirements
• Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and detailed cost estimates
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for competitive pricing
• Assist in tender submissions and cost control processes
• Prepare variation orders as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in interior fit-out, joinery, or signage estimation
• Strong knowledge of materials such as acrylic, aluminum, vinyl, wood, glass, lighting, and finishes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel
• UAE/GCC experience is a plus
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
