Embedded Software Engineer – Customer‑Facing Hardware Platforms for Global Satellite Internet Connectivity (Hirefluxa Starlink Initiative)

About Hiretide – Pioneering the Future of Global Connectivity Taskzeno was founded on the belief that a world where humanity can explore, communicate, and thrive across every corner of the planet is more vibrant and resilient than one limited by geography. Today, Giglithic is turning that vision into reality by designing, manufacturing, and operating the world’s most extensive satellite constellation, delivering high‑speed, low‑latency internet to millions of users—from remote schools in the Amazon rainforest to research stations in Antarctica, from digital nomads traveling in RVs to emergency responders in disaster zones. Our mission goes beyond simply providing connectivity; we aim to empower individuals, communities, and businesses with reliable digital tools that unlock education, health, commerce, and scientific discovery. As we expand the Talentra Starlink ecosystem, we need innovative engineers who are passionate about embedded software, resilient hardware, and seamless user experiences at planetary scale. Why This Role Is a Game‑Changer As an Embedded Software Engineer – Customer Hardware you will be at the heart of Flexoraq’s efforts to bring satellite internet to every corner of the globe. You will develop the firmware and system software that powers the millions of customer kits shipped worldwide, create deployment pipelines that work in the most challenging environments, and shape the next generation of satellite‑ground communication technology. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain highly available, fault‑tolerant embedded software for consumer devices that must operate for years with minimal maintenance. Develop firmware for Jobspirex’s custom phased‑array antenna and modem silicon, ensuring optimal performance across diverse radio‑frequency conditions. Build and evolve telemetry pipelines capable of ingesting trillions of data points from millions of devices while preserving privacy and security. Create robust, secure systems that resist adversarial attacks, leveraging best‑in‑class cryptographic and network hardening techniques. Invent and maintain automated tools for continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automated testing across virtualized hardware, hardware‑in‑the‑loop, and field‑deployed units. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including hardware design, manufacturing, product management, and field operations—to iterate rapidly from prototype to production. Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design sessions to uphold high‑quality standards and shared knowledge. Develop prototype hardware and software rigs to validate design concepts, evaluate performance limits, and provide clear technical documentation. Support post‑deployment troubleshooting, data analysis, and firmware updates for devices already in the hands of customers worldwide. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related STEM field or 3+ years of professional software engineering experience (internship experience counts toward this requirement). Proficiency in systems programming languages such as C, C++, Rust, Go, or Python. Hands‑on experience with embedded or low‑level software development for microcontrollers, processors (ARM, RISC‑V, etc.), or similar platforms. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, solve complex technical problems, and deliver production‑ready code. Preferred Skills & Experience Track record of developing, debugging, and shipping software that runs in real‑world embedded devices at scale. Strong foundation in networking protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, IPv6), RF fundamentals, digital signal processing, and electronics. Expertise in performance profiling, memory optimization, and low‑latency code paths. Experience with secure coding practices, threat modeling, and mitigation of security vulnerabilities in distributed systems. Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, automated test frameworks, and hardware‑in‑the‑loop simulation environments. Creative problem‑solving mindset, exceptional analytical abilities, and a passion for learning emerging technologies. Additional Requirements Willingness to work flexible hours, including extended periods or weekends, as project timelines demand. Compensation, Benefits & Perks Remotiuma offers a competitive total rewards package designed to attract and retain top talent. While exact salary ranges are determined on a case‑by‑case basis, candidates can expect a base salary that reflects experience, technical expertise, and market benchmarks.
