About the RoleDynamics F&O Operations Consultant Required QualificationsDynamics 365 Project Operations<ul><li>Enterprise level experience designing, deploying, and managing Dynamics 365 Project Operations solutions.</li><li>Expertise across the end-to-end project lifecycle, including:</li><li>Project-based sales: estimates, quotes, contracts, and handoff from Dynamics 365 Sales to Project Operations.</li><li>Project planning and execution: work breakdown structures (WBS), task dependencies, scheduling, milestones, and progress tracking.</li><li>Resource management: skills-based resource modeling, capacity planning, utilization tracking, role-based staffing, and resource forecasting.</li><li>Strong experience configuring and optimizing time, expense, and material tracking, including:</li><li>Timesheet and expense entry, approval workflows, and delegation scenarios.</li><li>Cost tracking for labor, expenses, and materials.</li><li>Integration with financial processes to ensure accurate project actuals.</li><li>Proven expertise in project financial management, including:</li><li>Project costing, budgeting, and margin analysis.</li><li>Billing models such as time and materials, fixed price, and milestone-based billing.</li><li>Invoicing, revenue recognition concepts, and alignment with downstream finance systems.</li><li>Experience integrating Project Operations with Dynamics 365 Finance, including understanding data flows for:</li><li>Project accounting</li><li>Invoicing and revenue</li><li>Financial reporting and compliance scenarios.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Project Operations security and role design, including:</li><li>Understanding of Project Operations licensing models and role-based access.</li><li>Configuration of security roles for project managers, team members, approvers, and finance users.</li><li>Ability to design and advise on architecture and environment strategy for Project Operations, including:</li><li>Data verse data modeling considerations specific to project entities.</li><li>Performance considerations for large-scale project, time, and expense volumes.</li><li>Environment segmentation (Dev/Test/Prod), ALM, and deployment strategies.</li><li>Experience integrating Project Operations with:</li><li>Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)</li><li>External systems and data sources using supported integration patterns.</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex functional and technical issues across project execution, resourcing, and financial tracking scenarios.</li><li>Experience delivering technical workshops, design sessions, and best-practice guidance focused on Project Operations adoption, optimization, and modernization.</li></ul> Desired QualificationsDynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform<ul><li>Working knowledge of other Dynamics 365 modules</li><li>Dynamics 365 Sales</li><li>Dynamics 365 Customer Service</li><li>Dynamics 365 Field Service</li><li>Proficiency with the foundational technologies for Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform</li><li>Data verse</li><li>Power Apps</li><li>Power Automate</li><li>Power Platform admin center</li><li>Administration experience with ability to configure advanced settings and manage environments</li><li>Customization and Integration experience</li><li>Application Lifecycle Management experience</li></ul> Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Online and Power Platform<ul><li>Power Platform governance and center of excellence experience</li></ul> Location: Remote Salary and Other Compensation: The annual for this position is between [$110k - $120k annually].
