Role Overview This is a 12‑month fixed‑term position based in one of Talvora’s major German hubs – Berlin, Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, or Munich. You will join the Customer Success team, partnering directly with advertisers and agencies to guide them through every stage of the campaign lifecycle, from Request for Proposal (RFP) submission to post‑campaign analysis and renewal. Your strategic insight, data‑driven storytelling, and consultative approach will protect existing revenue while unlocking new growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Develop and nurture deep, trust‑based relationships with Flexionis’s advertiser and agency partners across Germany. Serve as the primary point of contact, responding promptly to client inquiries, providing guidance, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the sales and campaign journey. Conduct regular business reviews, leveraging performance data to demonstrate value and identify expansion opportunities. Strategic Planning & Campaign Execution Lead the RFP response process, crafting compelling media plans that align with client objectives and Jobtrix’s advertising solutions. Collaborate with internal cross‑functional teams—including product, operations, and creative—to structure campaigns that meet key performance metrics. Oversee end‑to‑end campaign setup, launch, and activation, managing creative production, asset collection, spec reviews, and trafficking. Continuously monitor pacing, delivery, and performance, making data‑informed optimizations to ensure targets are met or exceeded. Growth & Expansion Utilize campaign reporting and insights to proactively pitch incremental opportunities, upsells, and cross‑sell initiatives. Lead sophisticated, multi‑stakeholder projects that require coordination across internal departments and external partners. Act as the product authority, educating clients on new Remotica offerings, best practices, and tailored optimization strategies. Data Storytelling & Insight Delivery Analyze and interpret campaign data, brand measurement studies, and market trends to generate actionable recommendations. Present findings through compelling narratives that translate complex metrics into clear business outcomes for clients. Own post‑campaign analysis, delivering takeaways that drive repeat business and long‑term partnership growth. Operational Excellence Partner with finance and operations to ensure accurate invoicing, timely billing revisions, and adherence to internal processes. Maintain compliance with Skillnex’s methodology guidelines, operating cadences, and quality standards. Essential Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Advertising, Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in digital media planning, buying, or client‑facing success roles within the advertising ecosystem. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of advertising performance metrics, programmatic advertising, and the broader digital media landscape. Customer Service Excellence: Proven track record of delivering outstanding client experiences and maintaining high retention rates. Communication Skills: Fluency in German and English (both spoken and written) with superior presentation and storytelling abilities. Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; comfortable navigating CRMs, order management systems (OMS), ad servers, and related digital media technologies.
