Dry Cleaner

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dry Cleaner to join our professional team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning, pressing, and finishing garments and textiles to the highest standards. Previous experience is considered an advantage, as it demonstrates familiarity with high standards of service and attention to detail. Responsibilities

• Operate dry cleaning machines and other laundry equipment efficiently and safely.
• Inspect garments for stains, damages, or special handling instructions before cleaning.
• Treat stains using appropriate techniques and products to ensure the best results.
• Press, fold, and finish garments to meet quality standards.
• Handle delicate fabrics with care, ensuring their integrity is maintained throughout the cleaning process.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area and equipment.
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times, including proper handling of chemicals.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring garments are returned in pristine condition and on time.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a dry cleaning environment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to operate dry cleaning machinery safely and efficiently.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: £12.21-£15.44 per hour
