Duties and responsibilities include: Operating pneumatic and hydraulic rock drills with top hammers and down-the-hole hammers, wagon drilling, including rope access work. Candidates must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and work on steep slopes in a rope access harness for extended periods of time. The ability to travel throughout the United States for extended periods of time is a must. Must be reliable, able to take direction from superintendents, and demonstrate safe work habits. The ability to work on other aspects of the project when needed is also required.
