Director Performance Marketing
The Director of Performance Marketing is responsible for leading the strategy, execution and optimization of all digital and performance-driven marketing initiatives to drive growth, client acquisition and incremental return on investment. This role will oversee the management of external agency relationships, partner closely with Human Resources to attract and recruit top talent and collaborate with field marketing teams to ensure alignment across channels and markets. The Director will also lead SEO strategy and manage online reputation through reviews and ratings platforms. The Director will play a pivotal role in shaping how performance marketing supports both brand campaigns and localized market efforts and drives growth for the organization. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, display, SEO and emerging channelsMonitor and optimize campaign performance to drive client acquisition, retention and hospital visitsEstablish KPIs and performance benchmarks to guide decision makingLead the SEO strategy to improve visibility and ranking and organic traffic growthOversee and evolve online reputation and platform partnershipsLead team that monitors and responds to client reviews to enhance brand trust and credibilityServe as the primary point of contact for external agency partners, ensuring effective collaboration, accountability and delivery of resultsDevelop the measurement and attribution strategy in partnership with external agencies and FinanceExpand into new performance marketing channels (e.g. programmatic, affiliate marketing)Own test & learn agenda within and across digital marketing channels to optimize performanceManage budgets to maximize ROICollaborate with CRM team to share insights to create richer audience profiles, align campaigns to increase impact and ensure consistent messagingPartner with IT to ensure website performance, analytics tracking and site speed are optimized for SEO and user experiencePartner with HR and Talent Acquisition to define hospital needs, support recruiting efforts and build a pipeline of high-performing marketing talentCollaborate with field marketing teams to drive success in new hospital openings and align local marketing strategies with broader performance marketing initiativesLead, mentor, and develop a growing team of performance marketing professionalsFoster a culture of innovation, continuous learning and data-driven decision-makingorganizationKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesThe ideal candidate has a minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing, B2B and B2C. In addition, this position requires:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business or related field; MBA a plusDeep expertise in paid digital channels, SEO strategy, campaign optimization and analyticsStrong track record of managing agency relationships and driving measurable ROIExcellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skillsHighly analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsStrategic thinker with a bias for action and resultsStrong collaborator who can build bridges across functions and levelsPassionate about innovation and continuous improvement Come as you are.
