Director, Partner Programs
Description:
- Define and own the global partner program vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap across all routes to market.
- Partner with GSO and GPO leadership to evolve program structure, value exchange, and investment focus.
- Define and manage the overall program investment strategy, including incentives, rebates, and partner investment frameworks.
- Allocate program investment based on business impact and ROI, and maintain discipline in how incentives are structured and deployed.
- Lead and develop the Partner Program Center of Excellence and the broader program team.
- Hold the team accountable for program design, operationalization, adoption, and performance outcomes.
- Own governance decisions, including final approval or denial of exceptions to program rules.
- Partner with Governance & Compliance to implement structured, auditable processes.
- Serve as the primary cross-functional leader across Sales, Finance, Channel Ops, Marketing, Legal, and Enablement.
- Define success metrics and KPIs, evaluate performance, and drive continuous improvement across partner programs.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in partner programs, GTM strategy, or channel leadership.
- Proven experience leading multi-segment partner programs at scale, including Reseller, Solution Provider, MSP, and GSI motions.
- Strong understanding of program economics, incentives, and partner value exchange.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
- Exceptional stakeholder influence and decision-making skills.
- Strong analytical skills and business judgment.
- Experience working across complex cross-functional stakeholder groups (preferred).
