Pay: $17 – $22 per hour

About Us
Sincere Counseling & Treatment Centers is a licensed residential and behavioral health provider serving youth ages 10–17. Our program provides a structured and supportive environment with 24-hour supervision, behavioral health services, and life-skills development.
We are currently seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support youth in our residential group home.
Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and ensure the safety of youth in the residential setting
- Support youth with daily routines, structure, and expectations
- Assist with life skills development and independent living skills
- Implement individual service plans and behavioral goals
- Complete daily documentation and incident reports
- Transport youth to school, appointments, and activities when needed
- Assist with recreation and structured programming
- Maintain a safe and supportive residential environment
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience working with youth, behavioral health, or residential care preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to pass background checks and required screenings
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Schedule Options
Flexible scheduling available including:
- 8-hour shifts
- 10-hour shifts
- 12-hour shifts
Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts may be available.
