FBC Asia Pacific is supporting an Australian sales consulting firm looking for a skilled Digital Marketing & CRM Virtual Assistant to support marketing initiatives, CRM management, and content creation.
Part-Time: 9 hours per week
Location: Philippines | Remote
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Zoho One / Zoho CRM, including leads, contacts, and CRM records
- Maintain accurate CRM data and track client interactions
- Create and distribute newsletters and marketing communications
- Manage social media accounts (Facebook & Instagram)
- Create visual marketing materials, presentations, and digital content
- Support marketing campaigns and lead generation activities
Mandatory Requirements:
Applicants must have hands-on Requirements experience with the following tools.
- Zoho CRM / Zoho One
- Canva
- Riverside
- Gamma
Additional Skills
- Digital marketing and social media management experience
- Strong design and content creation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organization
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: No less than 9 per week
