As a senior or lead data analyst in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Portfolio Management Office (PMO), you'll build and maintain analytical tools used to prioritize projects and manage change saturation across CRM. In this role, you'll analyze and interpret data to enhance project and process efficiency. The PMO manages 400+ projects simultaneously, impacting internal and external customers. You'll build and maintain methodologies to prioritize projects, assess their success, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs). You'll also provide transparency into project and portfolio health through enhanced portfolio and change metrics with objectives to optimize resource allocation and Operations change saturation scores. This role offers high visibility throughout the organization as you'll actively collaborate with CRM business leaders, transform portfolio and project management practices, and contribute to developing and implementing strategic decisions that drive our business forward.
