As a lead data analyst on the Marketing Strategy, Research and Analytics team, you’ll design and execute advertising experiments (e.g., A/B tests, holdouts, geo tests) across digital, offline, and emerging media channels. You’ll partner with marketing and media stakeholders to define test hypotheses, success metrics, and measurement plans and manage experiments end-to-end, including setup, monitoring, data quality validation, and post-test analysis. You’ll analyze experimental results and quantify incremental impact, efficiency, and lift and communicate findings through clear storytelling, visualizations, and executive-ready summaries. In addition, you’ll document test learnings and build a knowledge base to inform ongoing optimization and future testing.
This is a remote position for U.S.- based work only, requiring occasional travel for meetings and/or training.

Must-have Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 years of analytical work experience.
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 7 years of analytical work experience.
- OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of 5 years analytical work experience.
- Strong experience designing and analyzing experiments (A/B testing, causal inference, test-and-control, geo experimentation)
- Solid understanding of statistics, experimental design, and inference concepts (e.g., significance, power, bias, confidence intervals)
- Experience measuring advertising or marketing performance, including lift, incrementality, and ROI
- Ability to translate complex analyses into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with marketing data sources (media delivery, conversions, sales, brand metrics) is a plus
- $98,400 - $131,200/year depending on position level and experience
- Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
