Customs Broker-Brownsville,TX, Inbonds & CBP Experience Required

We are currently seeking an experienced Customs Entry Specialist to support our import operations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience processing customs entries, working with CBP documentation, and supporting warehouse and import compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and process customs entries (CF3461 and CF7501)
• Review ISF filings and In-Bond transactions
• Support informal entries
• Monitor CBP quotas and respond to CBP inquiries
• Supervise CBP payments to ensure timely completion
• Coordinate warehouse entries and releases
• Invoice warehouse services
• Attend customer meetings and provide follow-up support
• Respond to CBP requests as needed
• Provide guidance and support to team members
• Be available for occasional after-hours calls

Work involves interaction with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and internal operational teams.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in customs brokerage or import operations
• Experience processing CF3461 and CF7501 required
• Knowledge of ISF, In-Bond entries, and informal entries
• Familiarity with CBP procedures and compliance regulations
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with customs software/ABI systems preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
